  1. University degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical/Veterinary.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in a Product Manager (Animal health, OTC/СHС/FMCG) position in innovative global or middle-sized European pharmaceutical company.
  3. Animal health (Companion Animals) portfolio PM experience will be a huge advantage.
  4. Positive attitude, optimism, strong business acumen, communication skills required to represent requirements to cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders.

  1. PRODUCT MANAGER Animal health (Companion Animals) is responsible for execution of medicines' marketing strategy, ensures compliance with budget accomplishment regarding his/her products and planned market share succeed.

  1. Market analyses, development, and implementation of product strategy.
  2. Daily tactical product promotion at the market management. Analyses trends of product development as well as opportunities of its promotion at the market.
  3. Designs new marketing projects.
  4. Promotion of particular product costs split and control. Analyses and evaluates efficiency of promotional costs.
  5. Establishes, liaises with KOLs.
  6. Plans and organizes company’s participation in targeted events (conferences, roundtables, advisory panels, etc).
  7. Forecasting of products promotion results achievement.

On behalf of our client, a pharmaceutical company in Europe, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the Field Force Manager position.

  1. University degree in Medicine/Pharmaceutical.
  2. At least three (3) years' experience as a FFM in a generic global or middle-sized European pharmaceutical company.
  3. High self-motivation and ability to stand high levels of resistance, strong Leadership skills.
  4. Fundamental experience in Generics/Pharma/OTC medicines' sales in Ukraine.
  5. Willingness to travel internationally in the future.
  6. English: Upper-Intermediate.

  1. Reconsider and re-set the current Field Force strategy in Ukraine (analysis of current market and organization situation regarding sales and Field Force, set-up transparent KPIs, and remuneration for SF team).
  2. Perform the overall management of the Sales Force team (recruitment, coordinating, training, motivation, and development).
  3. Sales department business performance measurement. Develops a system of KPIs, based on the local market data, aligned for the Sales Force, pharmacy chains to measure the team's performance and motivate for the Country targets achievement.
  4. Control of a Field Force strategy and tactical plans of the regions and implement the strategy of the sales department in the territory through regular business trips to the regions and selective field visits.
  5. Conducting negotiations with TOP clients - pharmacy chains, KOLs, and distributors.
  6. Reporting and continuous communication with HQ.
